Q

:I can't start up the application.

A

Less memory is available right after starting up Safari or iPod,
and sometimes the application will not start up because of this.
If this happens, restart your iPhone/iPod touch, and it should operate normally.
If you are still unable to start up the app, there is a possibility that it wasn't downloaded properly.
Try downloading it again from iTunes.
Once you have purchased an app, you won't be charged for it again.
Contact iTunes for details.
